Beginner to C++, confused and disoriented...

Dear All,

Can someone actually show me how to get the C++ programs to work? I opened the files, and run it but it keep on saying unable to open include nr.h file? I am using Borland C++ 4.52.

I am interested in using the sobol sequence, and I would like to implement this eventually into SPlus or R...
