Conjugate Gradient

Hi!
I'm new to all this Fortran stuff. I was hoping someone could explain to me the conjugate gradient method.

I need to find the inverse of a large, real, asymmetric, tridiagonal matrix.

Please help! I'm so confused! :confused:
