• First, enter your IP address into the following form, get the result, and verify that the country code is exactly one of the ones listed in parentheses in the list below.

• Second, if your IP address's country code is on the list, but is still not recognized by our server, contact us. It may be that your IP address is in a new address range that we have not seen before. Our data base of IP addresses gets updated only occasionally, so it may be several months before we can add a new IP address range.

Our list of recognized developing countries is the same one, based on United Nations data, that is used by other scientific publications. We are not able to change it unless they also do so.
